Please read below for all information in regards to booking lifeguards for your pool party. Please understand that no requests with less than 7 days notice will be granted. If the request is within 7 days and available, a rush fee of $50 will apply. Once this form is submitted, we will reach out to your club/association to verify your membership is in good standing. Non-members/guests are not allowed to hold a pool party. Once we have heard back from your organization, you will be sent an invoice via email. Once payment has been received, we will schedule guards accordingly.
During hours of operation, all pool parties with an attendance of 15+ people will require extra lifeguard supervision. All after hour parties will require a minimum of 3 lifeguards unless otherwise advised. The number of lifeguards needed is based on the number of guests attending your pool party.
